Week5 run 2

Well after a very busy morning which ended up with me tripping right over in the street (walking too fast, carrying too many things, mind racing ahead) got to office and changed to do run I noticed a very swollen grazed and cut pair of knees (and ripped tights). What a good reason not to run - which I would have taken in the past, but no, I wanted to run - I cannot quite believe I am saying that! So run 2 of the dreaded week 5 completed πŸ˜€

Bloodied and bruised but you battled on..... nice grit!

As in your grit, not the grit from the pavement....

Crikey, you are a force of nature! And don't dread week 5, week 5 is a beauty! Week 5 is turning point week, week 5 is "look what all your hard work has enabled you to do" and "See? You are a runner"!

I loved week 5. If week 5 were a man, I'd marry week 5. πŸ˜€ If he'd have me.

Well done on run 2 with skinned knees!
