Off and running on Week 5, sorry bad pun seemed like i was running slower then i had last week, maybe a trick of the mind but all runs completed
Week is definitely a turning point as w eknow what is coming on run3 , I will find how mentally strong i am never mind physically, all i think right now is cant wait for run 2

You might need to run a little slower, and if that's what you need to do to get the continuous running minutes done, then no problem. I believe it is as much a mental challenge as it is physical, so good luck - you sound like you're in a good place.
I felt like I went slower in Week 5 too, but then you are running for longer and it probably isn't a bad idea slowing down a bit to make sure you complete each run. I definitely have to mentally shout at myself sometimes to keep going.
I know what you mean running have had a few conversations with myself along the road . I am determined to complete all the runs
