Hi all. So I completed my first run today with the encouraging Jo Wiley. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve never been the most enthusiastic when it came to exercise but I also started Zumba just over a month ago and seeing and feeling the benefits is amazing. So when I seen couch to 5K I was eager to try it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Welcome to C25k. You have just started an incredible journey, believe in it because it really works. Jo Whiley is a great choice- I graduated with her at my side all the way.
