Hi I wonder if anybody can help me? Unfortunately I have missed a weeks running due to family commitments and school holidays. I’m returning to running tomorrow, but was unsure if I should repeat W4 r 1&2 or go back to W3 and complete that before returning? I have desperately missed the running and although nervous, can’t wait to get back on course. Any advice welcome? Many thanks.

Either repeat your last successful run or move on. Good luck! You can do It!

I had to take a week of due to an injury. The advice I was given was “continue”. Try the next run - you will probably be pleasantly surprised how much your legs and lungs remember - don’t let your head talk you down!

It normally takes about a fortnight before you can notice any significant drop off of condition.
