So 18 months after breaking my leg in an accident today I finally got to restart the C25K plan. I have missed running so much and cannot believe how Fat and unfit sitting on the couch with my leg elevated for months on end has made me :(

But I did it, i'm feeling it and can't wait for the next run on thursday!

Just want to say Hi to all the others starting the plan this week and hope we can all give each other encouragement.

Hi, well done for getting back to it. That looks like some injury to come back from!😬

I'm just restarting too, w1, r3 tomorrow 🎉

I can totally relate to how not doing anything for months effects your fitness and health, only I don't have an excuse 🙄

Good luck for your next run, but take it easy 👍

Thank you, it was a pretty nasty break and 2 surgeries later...... but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger ;)

I will watch and hopefully see you make that week 9 run 3 with a big grin on your face :D
