So 18 months after breaking my leg in an accident today I finally got to restart the C25K plan. I have missed running so much and cannot believe how Fat and unfit sitting on the couch with my leg elevated for months on end has made me
But I did it, i'm feeling it and can't wait for the next run on thursday!
