Hi guys, have just attempted the first run of week 4 and did not manage to finish it, just felt really sick and had a really bad stitch. Any words of encouragement gratefully received!!! X

Probably going too fast still? Slow it down especially in this weather. All my best runs have been my slower ones.

I'm so slow so thinking you're probably right about the heat! Thank you so much for your comment xx

The others on here will tell you .. slow it down, then slow it some more You should be able to hold a conversation with someone who is running beside you

Aw don’t feel too bad, we’ve all been there and been disappointed with ourselves at not finishing a run, we call it a practice one so don’t dwell on it, move on now, pick your bottom lip up, have a days rest, and think about what you were doing 4 weeks ago on that couch. Be proud of yourself, you should be You can do this, slow down, it really helps.

Too fast a pace may be.. the weather... we get the warmth too quickly then it goes chilly again... .. you could have a little bit of a bug getting in there maybe?

Make sure you are really well hydrated too...check this pot :)
