Sheeeeeeeet that was tough! Was excited and nervous about this one. Reminded me of the first week really pushing to finish. For the first time my legs are aching. Like a good ache! Got through it. Really proud! Anyone on the first few weeks. Keep going it is such a buzz to get just this far xzx

I’ve just finished W3R3 and will be starting W4 on Monday. I enjoyed today’s run as the weather was bright, the sun was out and it was a crisp morning. I’m a bit concerned about starting W4 however, I am hoping that I will surprise myself. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

Just done this. Michael Johnson's encouragement is brilliant, takes away some of the self doubt about whether you can complete it or not

I did Week 4, Run 1 yesterday (Sunday) and yes I was apprehensive before I started. 2 five minute runs, a total of 16 minutes running. Seemed like a big leap. But out on the run it's just a case of taking it a step at a time and realising that WE CAN DO IT

I’m doing w4r1 run tomorrow and I’m nervous... I don’t mind the 3 minutes runs on w3 and (nearer the end of the session) often feel like I could run more so I’m pretty certain I can do it. Just seems like quite a step up. Need some good music!! X
