W1R1: My first run this morning and I was so happy with myself all day. It’s a shame I started on Saturday though because my routine will be a bit dodgy but it’s fine. A confident start for me!

Well done! It doesn’t matter if you have an extra day or so between runs now and again but it’s important not to run on consecutive days. Your body needs to recover and repair. Good luck with the plan!
Very well done and welcome. Have you checked this post out?

Well done for getting started...be warned, though, happiness after running becomes addictive! Don't worry about additional rest days...I had 4 once around W 3 as I was away kayaking and was happy to find I could just pick up where I left off. Don't miss rest days though, they are an important part of the program and I think you are more likely to give up through tiredness or injury if you do.
