So it’s time!!! Time to start a new journey - hoping to get healthy, lose weight and most importantly get some confidence back!
After being inspired to start the couch to 5k by my sisters I decided to trial it on Friday (can we just note my level of fitness is lifting my fork to my mouth and that’s normally as far as it goes)
During that trial first run, I actually thought I was not going to make it home, I even had to walk through one of the runs 🙈😬 but I thought just being out and giving it a go is better than being sat at home on my laptop munching on whatever snack I can get my chubby (pigs trotter) hands on.
It was a killer but everyone has to start somewhere right?! Then my sister told me about Japanese slow running, so I have watched the you tube clip on it and I’m going to give it a go tomorrow when I officially start my C25K journey - who’s with me?
