Didn’t manage to complete this run this morning.. I’ve been having issues with lower back pain but that wasn’t the problem, it was my shin! I managed the first 10 minute run but only about 2 minutes of the second one and I had to stop. I’ve just done the walk of shame home! I was reluctant to post.. but I’m sure there are other people who have struggled with runs and for any newbies, it’s good to hear that that it might not all go as planned! Just like life!

I will attempt it again on Sunday.. 💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

Oh bless you. Don't feel down. Look how far you've come - bet you never imagined that in W1. You know that we all have good & not so good runs. At least you got out there & gave it a go. Maybe you need to have an extra rest day? I'm attempting R2 on Sunday so good luck to you & we'll be fine. We got this.

Ive had to repeat a run before so I don’t feel to bad about it.. after W5R3 you think anything is possible though so felt the disappointment a little bit more but I’m good,. round 2 Sunday 🥊 😊

Just done this run myself. Tough one for sure.

Finished it but thinking I might repeat it prior to the 25mins

It’s certainly getting harder but we must keep going and do it at our pace.

Give it another go and stay strong.

Good luck

Definitely giving it another go.. onwards and onwards ☺️

Hi, don't be disheartened by this. Had same problem at same stage. An ice pack and a decent pair of running shoes later, I'm back on track as I'm sure you will be too 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Slow and steady... exercises and plenty of stretching... try in the longer runs to land very lightly..I call it kissing the ground with your feet:)

When you head out.. go gently and let the newly forming running legs just carry you on:)
