W6R2....

For me that was a very challenging run and seemed harder than the 20 minute run but it could just be psychological 😲

The first 10 minutes were fine but the last 10 minutes seemed to go on for ever & I did consider stopping but managed to talk myself into finishing it so was pleased that I did. I'm currently not feeling positive for the 25 minutes run on Friday but will give it my best.

I've got my sports massage to look forward to tomorrow so that might spur me on πŸ˜€

Have any others thought this run was tough?

Really well done, Kazbar! You did it even though it was tough. You can take lots of pride in that! πŸ˜€

Enjoy your sports massage! Let us know how excruciating it is! 😡

Make sure you start really slowly on Friday! Good luck! πŸ˜‰

Well done you still did it! I think a lot of people find the 25 minute run more enjoyable than the previous two runs of week 6 πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

W6 is a tough week. R3 is much easier than R1 and R2, honestly. It’s just a case of going slow and keeping going, no matter what your mind tells you. Well done for completing even though you found it tough.

Thanks Jay I'm so hoping you are right & run 3 will be easier as it's just another 5 minutes to last week's run of 20 which I did.

When I've done it I'll report back πŸ‘πŸ‘

I try to war people about W6R1.............it is your longest workout to date.

Thanks Iannoda but it was R2 on W6 I was doing, the two 10 X 10 which caught me out, I think the stopping and having to start again made it seem such a long run or maybe it was just a bad focus day for me !!
