Bad back halts progress

Completed week 2 successfully, with no major problems - woke up the following morning fine. Two hours later somehow pulled a muscle in my back, Can't progress to week 3. Five days later still sore. Was thinking to take a week off (possibly more). Any advice?

Exercises and if no improvement.. then g and see a sports physio.... hope it heals soon..:)

Now a lot better thanks. :) . I managed to repeat week 2 run 3 very slowly and carefully today. If all remains well I will move to week 3 next week.
