I completed week 4 run 2 today and managed all of it, tough in places but you just have to keep pushing through. Just had a sneaky look at week 5 to mentally prepare myself and every run is different with a full 20minute run on run 3. Not sure I'll be ready for that!

Why not? W5R3 is the shortest workout of week 5... don’t forget to include the brisk walk breaks, they are cardio too.

Great job today... yeah the run was tough but you were tougher. Have a great run 3 and then into the best week of the plan... slow and steady as you go, you can do it!

You will be ready - your body will be, even if your mind is not quite there yet! And the sense of achievement afterwards is a brilliant feeling. Just take it slow and steady and you will amaze yourself!

Well done.

You will be ready for W5.

If you doubt it, read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Well done for pushing through you are doing great and have a great attitude too. 😊 I was worried about W5r3 too at your stage but it actually wasn’t that tough in the end, you will do it. 💪🏼

Thankyou for all of the replies, I think I feel nervous due to the block of running rather than having a walking section on the middle although I am looking forward to being able to listen to my music uninterrupted 😂 I am enjoying the program very much as it gives me time for myself and some head space to think. It's so inspiring reading peoples progress and the link to the information on wk 5 was exceptionally useful as once you actually break it down it all makes sense.
