I found today’s run very hard due to the heat but I kept going even up a hill at one point which I think should earn me extra points 🤣felt fab when it was finished, but the doubt has started to creep in about the coming weeks. Reading all your posts I think I’m going too fast so am going to slow down for week 2 and not be put off- if you can all do it so can I - I think! Hope you’ve all had great day x

Don’t let the doubts creep in you can do it! I thought it was hilarious after my first week that this programme thought it would actually be able to get me running for 30 minutes and I am now on week 8! It is an amazing programme and this forum is even better! 😊😊
