I did week 1, and am finding I'm really enjoying my time running on my own. W1 run 3 was the best yet, and felt good after. My aim is to keep going and to able to run 5k (however slowly) by my 33rd birthday at end of July. Got motivated after realising all the baby weight I lost has crept back on and I've got a wedding in October that I'd really like to look and feel good as I'veLost all confidence at the moment, but I'm doing something about it!

Running may not help you lose weight (you'll need to adjust your diet for that) but it will certainly tone you up, so carry on and you'll soon notice a difference.
I could have written this post, except my baby is 5. 😂 I ran w1r2 today so not far behind you. Let's hope we can keep it up!
My baby is almost two so I have no excuse now...eating better and excruciating will be the way forward. Although I don't eat much anyway, just the wrong convience food.
