I'm doing week 4 run 2 tomorrow and dreading it as week 3 run 3 was so tough! Will make sure there is a large glass of something waiting for me haha ! 🤣

I found R2 easier than R1 - came back on a high! You'll be fine. You've come this far & already done R1. You got this.
Hope so, last 5 mins was tough!
You can do it, you’ve done run 1...but yes that last 5 mins was tough - never got the G n T hungry grandchildren took over! Never mind, always next time!!
