I wasn't sure I could do it, run 5 minutes without stopping, but listening to Laura say I could gave me confidence and I was really surprised that I didn't struggle like I thought I would. I felt so proud of myself.
I've been eating really well, started to loose weight and felling a lot more energised. Tonight however I had Friends over and ended up over drinking wine and eating rubbish. Really disappointed in myself as I've been doing so well and I know I'll be feeling sluggish tomorrow (rest day). I just hope I can get back to it for the next run.

Honestly it takes a lot more to undo your hard work so don't worry about it at all. In fact pat yourself on the back for having a good rest day and enjoying life. You will be absolutely fine for your next run!
Hi Shireenjoon, just think of it as one day out of a week, try not to be too hard on yourself as over the week if your good for the rest of the time it will even itself out!!! Well done BTW, I'm also on W4R2. Good luck.
