Week3 Run1

Just completed run1 for week3, thought I might struggle but felt really good, yes my legs started to ache during the first three minutes but seemed to settle into it by the second one, looking forward to my next run πŸ˜€

My legs seem to have stopped complaining as much as I get into it. Just keep plodding!

You can..you're stronger than you think, I promise.....I'm doing w6r1 in the morning & I'd never have thought I'd get here, but I have...and you will achieve your goals...it's not a breeze but it's there for a reason....let us know how you're getting on, we're all interested x

It seems we are at the same point in our running as I too have completed the first run in WK 3 and I'm still trying to get over the fact that I managed to run for 3 minutes without stopping!! Well done and keep up the good running πŸƒπŸΌ
