Well today was just one of those days when I couldn't be bothered. Not sure why...tough week at week, bad nutrition, too hot, feeling self-conscious and not knowing what to wear for the run, etc etc. It could've been any one or all of those things! So, I just wasn't feeling it!
I'm a recent graduate of the plan and I know how tough the first weeks are so I really don't want to let this slip!! Someone here mentioned the Stepping Stones podcast last week. Wow, that's just what I needed.
Now, a confession... I didn't manage to run the whole thing but I don't care cos I'm going to try again on a better day. I did 20 mins and that's better than nothing. In fact right at the end (I listened as I walked) Laura said 'a bad run is better than no run at all'. Exactly!
