Well I did my second Stepping Stones run this morning went out at 6:40 and found it a lot easier than Monday's attempt as there was less road noise so I could actually hear what Laura was saying. So one more to do and will move on to the speed podcast but next week will be back to work and early runs again.

I don't know what it is about that term 'stepping stones' but as soon as I read it, I picture someone running with knees going up and down in slow motion and really high (you know like when someone is running through a set of tyres and having to put their feet in exactly the right place). So that's the picture I have of you in my head, being all nimble and elegant! Good that Laura had her normal dulcet tones back too. Enjoy, enjoy!

I know exactly what you mean but from what I have gleaned from the podcast is that it is more about improving your technique so that running becomes easier and get you running at a higher rate for longer.

I can't believe I didn't even realise until I saw your post saying 'are you being rude'. I can't even imagine using such a word!
