Laura is really the bestπ«πββοΈ and as a detail which I need , the podcast just keeps repeating itself after the session is up, until you switch Laura off.π
Enjoy them all in your own good time.π
Enjoy your running and keep smiling.π«πββοΈπ«
Listening to the podcast repeat is one thing.π€π
Have not used it yet, Lauraβs speed podcast, interval runs,Laura is the business.
As others have said Jen slow and steady, no rush.π€πββοΈ
I have used the hill repeats on Strava a couple of times, and plan to use that more also in the months ahead , together with Lauraβs 3podcasts for graduates, and the Strava intervals also.Strava have two training plans but you are doing it solo.π€π
Of course you'll get to 5k but as Mummycav says be sure to enjoy the journey. I'd suggest varying the sorts of runs you do, when you do them, where you run, what you listen to (or don't) and that way you'll develop the running habits that suit you and you'll get to 5k (and beyond) exactly when you're ready. That said I really like the C25K + podcasts - give them all a go. π
