Well I've done it, veen out with Jo's support and it felt ok.

I'm using strava do that tracked my time, did some hills which seemed hard and tried to belly breathe through the run which was ok.

Onwards and upwards now to keep running 30 mins until it feels kind of easyish !!

Well done! I did my first one without Jo on Tuesday, felt a bit weird without her! Keep up the good work!

I agree, it did!

I was quite slow today but did it so I'm happy just to have run for 30 mins 😊

Well done to you!

The speed will come in time I think! As you say, very happy to run for 30 minutes non stop!

Thank you. I haven’t actually been out with out Jo and down to two runs a week ( slipping but graduated on Tuesday so maybe being too hard ). Wow hills. I tackled them in week 8 ..glad I am in flat London for now. Thanks for the post Grad advice ...not sure I am ready to give up jo quite yet but maybe this pod could help.

I've listened to the pod cast although not run with it yet, doing that tomorrow; it's very motivational and different from c25k app. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow!

Two runs is great considering we weren't doing any running not that long ago!

I didn't always run 3 times a week during the programme as sometimes life gets in the way 😉

So proud of my badge👍
