C25K W9R1 Run 30 minutes.

A challenging run. It was very muddy, marshy, slippy & literally 1000’s of tree routes to run over. Spikey gorse bushes attacked my bare legs! 100’s of trees / branches down following Storm Eunice. My GPS lost signal for some of the time, so between 3.5 ~4 K.

Yes, just two to go! Then I’ll stay running at 30 mins to try & improve my speed and so to increase the Km I cover.

Fair play to you I just did the same run but mostly on trails so not as challenging. I think it did come to 5k ish. I reckon you’d be doing 5 k on the road surely?

Wow, you covered a lot more than me to get to 5K in 30 mins. I’ll try a better route to see the distance I can cover.

We will be finishing by the end of this week; maybe 🤔 on the same day!!

Thank you so very much, yes definitely looking for paths that are not lined with gorse bushes. They are beautiful with the sunshine on them, but so spikey!
