Totally didnt want to get up this morning and thought was going to be awful but had great run and even felt disappointed when had to take the 3 min break as really wanted to keep going Have no idea how I'm going to manage 25 mins straight but just trying to tell myself 'have faith in the programme'! π

Well done! Keep it slow if you're struggling to get to 25 mins.. I tried not to clock watch too much during the 20 min run last week... I use objects around to help me, such as 'run as far as the big tree, as far as the traffic lights, the next junction' - in tough moments I find that spurs me on!!

I had a bit of a block with this run and put it off. But I was really surprised how well it went. Good luck with r3 but I'm sure you'll smash it. Get the good tunes going ππ
That's great. I'm only a little bit ahead of you and felt the same about the long runs I actually think they are easier. I knew I had to oace myself from the start but I seem to have miraculously found that rhythm everyone talks about and it sometimes feels like running just happens now. I'm doing run 2 of week 8 today and the first 6 weeks were definitely the most difficult.
