That was the hardest one so far! 25 mins continuous run. Did total of 4.2 km. Really tired but feeling such a sense of achievement. 😀😀

Congratulations Modchick, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER. Onwards and upwards to week 7 which are once again 3/25 minute runs. By the third run of week 7 you will not feel just as tired as today. Drink plenty of water the day before you run. 🏃 😊, that helps with hydration

Well done Modchick, I did the same run earlier, I knew I could do it, Laura told me so,, and she was right, all the step ups are hard but none of them will beat you if you take your time.

Well done! Yes it definitely feels like a step up but you then do it several times so it does get easier (it did for me on the third time). Well done runner Modchick!
