I am pleased to say this run is in the bag but must admit there was nothing left in the tank at the end of the second 8 mins. Running in the rain was ok too. I am hoping tomorrows rest day will replenish enough for the big run 3 on Thursday. Really looking forward to it and nervous about it at the same time. Not long to wait and I guess worse case scenario is doing it again. Hope everyone is having a good running week :)

Well done! Run 3 isn’t so bad to be honest. Trust the plan! Good luck - not that you’ll need it 👍🏽

Well done!

I’m confident the programme has got us all ready for the 20 minutes that comes next.

(I’m good at bluffing!)

Hey you're a better poker player than me, I'm a shocker at bluffing. But you are right we are ready, we''ll all cross the finish line together.

It’s good knowing we’re not doing this alone.

At exactly the same stage, did week5r2 tonight & was so proud of myself for running 8 minutes, I called my friend during the warm down walk to tell her haha.

I honestly don't know how the programme reckons I'm ready for running 20 mins next (also planned for Thursday) , it seems like such a big leap! Trying to trust in the programme. I honestly thought it was a mistake when I first saw it haha, as week6r1 seems back to a much more manageable target!

Yes I totally agree thought there was a misprint. But we'll do it and then I think I'll have a mini celebration. Good luck for Thursday, I'll look out for your post :)
