9+ weeks ago couldn’t run for 30 secs.. now running for 30 mins! Some highs and lows along the way and each run had thought of packing in the session but preserved. Feel guilty when I couldn’t do a session, feel elated when session done. Hate the toxic 10 but push through.
If I can do it... anyone can! Not exercised for decades, but now determined to do 3 sessions a week. May not be quickest but I’m only competing against myself...
Roll on 5k Santa Dash in December...
