Can't quite believe my achievements in the past 9 weeks. Only missed 2 runs due to the the snow and now I can run non-stop for 30 minutes. I'd be lying if I said it was easy and the real challenge now is not losing the gains made.
Next goals are to see how long it takes to do 5km. (Currently doing around 4km in 30 mins). Then to complete the park run which takes place where I've been training.
The support on health unlocked has been amazing and I can almost picture you all out there feeling my pain!
