W9R3 - graduated yay!

After years of on off in the gym just completed run 3 of week 9 and feel the fittest ever (aged 58)!! Even averaged 9.5km/hr inc warmup which I couldn’t believe unless I saw it with my own eyes. Now on to Saturday to join the local 5km park run. Fantastic app.
