cant believe i have achieved this.. Got straight up this morning, it was cold and dark but i was raring to go apart from a couple of early niggles in my legs and feeling like a cold is coming everything seemed to flow today. I didnt measure distance but i did run a bit further.
If you had asked me 10 weeks ago that i could run for 30 minutes i would have said no chance but here i am.
As the sun came up with 2 minutes left to run on came 'sunrise' by new order... Very apt and it spurred me to a final sprint where i punched the air at the end as i was so happy.
Thanks to everyone who has given me support and words of encouragement on here, excited to find out what i can do next.
2 questions...
1) How do i get a graduate sticker against my name?
2) any suggestions what to do next? Consolidation runs? Park run?
Thanks and enjoy your day you lovely people...
