Sorry if these posts are annoying. I just thought it would be nice to log each run on here with a photo from the end of the run, for myself to look back on if I need motivation.

This run was a lot easier than w1r1 which was nice!

I think it's great you are sharing. I find it motivating and am one run behind you so good to hear it was easier. Liking the pic too 😊

Not annoying in the slightest! I really enjoy seeing people's photographs of their routes and hearing where other people are on the programme. Both spur me on and help keep me engaged and motivated.

Keep posting, I'm posting after most runs as well, think it helps to look back and also you get lots of support on here 😆

Thanks for sharing Pinkcustard. Definitely not annoying; pictures being our runs to life! I’ve got a few attached to my posts too. Keep up the good work.

PS: it is also the law to post pictures of new running shoes. Just saying ... 😂

You’re most definitely are not annoying thank you for sharing. Look forward to seeing and hearing more of your running journey. I bought my first pair of shoes without having gait analysis done BIG mistake that resulted in an injury, so no running for quite awhile then having to spend again on another pair. First pair now gardening shoes!!! So I would strongly recommend having your gait analysis done. Don’t forget to post a picture of your purchase. Happy running
