Just finished my first run of week 2 and feel absolutely amazing! I thought I was really going to struggle but it definitely felt easier. I can already feel the progress; can’t wait to get to 5K!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 2, if course you will make it to run 3 of week 9, just take your time, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2.

That’s exactly where I’m at! My body (so far) complained most the day after the very first run of week one, so hopefully it’s going to continue to respond well to being steadily pushed a bit more each week. Well done you - it does feel great, doesn’t it?

Follow the program and keep it slow and you will be running for 30 minutes in no time, I did my first 30 minutes yesterday and it was relatively easy to do. The aches will disappear as you progress and you will start to feel even more amazing 👍
