I did it..I kept my bottle and forced myself out the door on my own. The brisk 5 min warm up walk felt like a herd of elephants were tied to my legs but I forced myself on. Run 1 and 2 were difficult my legs were like concrete and at one point thought I wouldn't be able to complete it. On run 4 and 5 I noticed improvements and run 6 I didn't get out of breath as much. Only thing I really didn't like was throughout it all, all I could feel was everything wobbling very hard with every stride..not nice.
I'm home, showered and feeling good, week 1 run 3 scheduled for Wednesday.

I did w1r2 today as well! It wasn't too bad but about run 4 I start to really it. I am suffering most with my back, which is an ongoing problem but am annoyed that that is making it so much worse. It isn't easy, not yet looking forward to it as such but feel positive I'm doing something, hope to see some results soon. Tuesday is run 3 for me. Good luck
Well done to you for getting out there! You will soon have Colette's your first week - how great is that!! So pleased you had a good run. Keep it up and keep letting us know how you get on.
