I did w5 r3 and w6 r1 on consecutive days (Sat/Sun)- usually leave a day’s rest in between but yesterday noticed my right foot was sore along top with occasional shooting pains. It’s getting sore again today although not swollen. Did I overdo it? Can I do anything to help? Ice and elevate? I am considering getting my gait analysis redone although got new Asics at start of the programme but most of my niggles still seem to be on my right side. Am due to run tonight but don’t want to overdo it.
