Graduated this morning!! The programme works, got this fat old chap off the sofa and just under 5k on the final run (Strava set to miles as that’s what I understand but it’s getting closer to the 3.2m needed).
I’ve always been more of a reader than a poster here as I’m not always sure I’ve got much to say about my running and progress that others haven’t already said but I massively valued the words of wisdom and cameraderie from this site.
To echo so many others it’s about believing in the programme, believing in the advice of others and most importantly believing in yourself.
Good luck out there everyone.

This certainly is a great site and as you rightly say the camaraderie is fantastic. I don’t think I could have done it alone.
This is your day to feel rightly proud of yourself! As you move into consolidation, it’s always interesting to read about others and how they cope with the change from the structure of the programme that got them there. Many, like me, need the motivation to continue. I only graduated a week ago and am quite slow in comparison with others. I benefit a great deal from the encouragement of my forum ‘buddies’ and apparently have even inspired others!
So please post; everyone’s experience is unique. Happy running!
Huge congratulations on your amazing achievement. Well done. We’re not all great posters on this forum but enjoy reading them and get a great deal of help and guidance from it. Brilliant to be part of it. 🏅🏅⭐️⭐️👏👏😁👍
