Woohoo I'm so pleased π with myself, I did it 25 minutes of solid running π
Although I'm not sure my calves are feeling the excitement, they are sore especially my right one! Any recommendations to ease them gratefully received π

Well Done!!! Bet you feel on top of the world!! That's my next run but I will be on holiday. Hoping coastal scenes boost me to be able to do the 25 minutes!!
Wow, amazing! I've just done W5R3 and the jump from 8 minutes to 20 minutes seemed impossible. My knee and hip were really aching but I did a ton of stretches and then had a long hot bath and it seemed to have eased off. My other half recommended maybe getting a massage? You certainly deserve it!
Well done that's fantastic. My leg is definitely better today although still a little achy π I think I might have a hot soak tonight to see if that helps too π. Fingers crossed π€ if I rest today I'll be able to run tomorrow βΊοΈ
