That's Week 9 Run 3 just about done this morning - a struggle as it's blowing a gale here by the sea in North Wales, where I'm on holiday for a few days, but I've finally made it!!! (Feeling slightly guilty as I had to pause for a few seconds to negotiate a bin lorry but hoping it still counts...) Cto5K is brilliant and I'm proof it works for everyone because I'd never done any running before (though I do do quite a bit of walking - 2 dogs!) and I'm an oldie at 66. I started on Feb 16th and followed the programme and Laura's instructions exactly and it definitely worked for me so it will work for you too. This forum is great too - lots of encouragement and helpful advice. The challenge now is to keep motivated to run 3 x 30 minutes a week, but right now I'm having a nice sit down and cup of coffee!
