I have just come back from my last run of C25K and I am over the moon!🏆 My grin is literally from ear to ear ( or ‘yer to yer’ as we say in wales!😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿). I’m buzzing! 🥳🤩

Thank you everyone who has encouraged me over the past few months. As I said in my last post, this journey has really got me motivated physically and mentally and has shaken other things up too-our house is on the market & viewings are happening Monday-heck!!!!!

This is just the start-onwards and upwards 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
