Did Run 3 Week 9 today on Llandonna Beach, Anglesey.

On holiday for a week, so will get a couple more in. Graduate Badge now ordered!

Thanks all, I am very pleased with myself. Treated myself to a few bits of kit from Go Outdoors ( bum bag, new running top bud running socks )

Tried the Lycra on but I looked like a squashed ballet dancer, not good! Think I'll leave that to the ladies or the pipe thin Blokes. Although the Ron Hill Trackers looked better, not quite so snug.

But, I'm a runner now and very proud. Thank you Couch 25k !
