Only took me 3+ months...! Covering a distance of about 4.5km. But I'm pretty chuffed. The support on here definately helped keep me motivated.
Next step is to consolidate for a couple of weeks and gradually try to build up to the elusive 5k, before checking out some of the bridge to 10k stuff.

Congratulations to you sofiaO on completing and graduating from C25K with week 9 run 3, you must be very proud of yourself 😊.
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the February graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 🏃 😊
I should clarify, that includes my warm up and down walk at the end, so probably not that amazing! But it's just great to be able to run for 30 minutes, we will get to the 5k eventually! Good luck with your last remaining runs, not long to go now!
