Just finished week 3. Today’s run was quite tough but think that is self induced as I didn’t drink enough yesterday. Lesson learnt!
The positive is I finished another week and ready for the next one. It’ll be tough but looking forward to the challenge!

Im starting week 4 on Monday, but I just can't get in the habit of taking in more water on any days never mind rest days.. i just forget!
