I have just finished my first week and I feel much better for the exercise.

I run through the vineyards, it’s only a pity there are so many hills.

Hills are your friends. They make you stronger.

Have you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which is full of tips.

Enjoy your journey.

I will go and have a look, I tried to pace the run so I walked up the hills... but it wasn’t possible, the second hill got me

At least now the snow has gone and it is starting to warm up.

Well done!! Am impressed with how many hills you have to conquer on your runs. I find it difficult and am running on the flat!

Congratulations! Hills give you extra brownie points, and it means that you will be a real speedy runner on the flat.

Hasn't worked for me yet, but that's because I don't do it often enough. :)

Bellisima.🌟👏👏

Slow and steady is made for hills and protecting our weak legs and getting the extra oxygen on board at the start of the programme and always really. You do not have to think about it, just do it.

Short stride footfall below your hips.👍👏👏

Spent 4 months with Montecatini Edison at Lago di Garda and Bolzano back in 1970.

Very happy memories.

You will love this , a gift to yourself and the world.🌟🏃‍♀️👏👏

It is a beautiful place to run, I just hope I don’t run into one of the wild boats that live around here
