I can assure you you’re not on your own feeling like that after W1R1. But this program is amazing and within a few weeks you’ll really feel a difference to your stamina/fitness
You’ll be given advice to read through soon, so my advice is to read it, and keep reading this forum, it really does make you feel that you’re not on your own, there’ll always be someone at the same stage as you, and any problems you have?- I can guarantee someone will have had it before you and can offer advice.
* keep hydrated (even on non running days)
* always take at least one rest day (more if needed)
*and lastly, learn to run at the slowest pace you can- you will naturally speed up after graduation, and the end goal is to run for 30 minutes- not any set speed or distance.
