Hi. Just finished my first run. Was tough going but managed to "run" all but one 1min segment so quite pleased with that, although sooo slow both walking and running. Reading the comments on this site I shall practice the breathing slowly and see if that helps. Back out the day after tomorrow and give another go. Reading the posts is great as I know I m not alone!! Many thanks all. Char1965 x

I completed week 1 yesterday, it’s such a good feeling. I never felt like this going to any gym.
Week 2 starts for me tomorrow.

Well done you, as a slow runner you will have this programme sorted. Slow running is cool running and eats the kms safely.
