Hi all, just thought I would say hi! I am into my 7 week now and my running buddies have injuries so rather than stop going (still feel self conscious on my own) joined the gym and completed my first 25 min run can’t quite believe it as 7 weeks ago struggled to run for a minute. Found the treadmill kinder in my calves.

I am following this programme on the treadmill as I just haven't got the confidence to go out and do it - I went once and it was fine but the gremlins keep stopping me - so treadmill it is for me X

Glad it's not just me! I'm off to the gym this afternoon & starting on the treadmill- I've had nearly a year off due to medical reasons - so a bit nervous about walking back through those doors!
Awe you can do it chick - I'm doing this to get fit after hysterectomy 5 Months ago and I am waiting for gallbladder removal so I'm determined to be fit for that !

Don't feel self-conscious. You're running for 25 minutes! You're running at all! You're pretty darn amazing! Feel proud 🤗 The outside is such a lovely place to run in. Congratulations on your 25 minutes. 😊
