I have just completed my final run on the app. I never ever thought I could do it but I did and I’m going to treat myself to some wireless headphones as a present to myself.

Any recommendations for another app to progress my running, I love (and need) the encouragement of an app

Thx

Heidi

Oh and Zombies running is fun!! (If you like being scared!!)

Well done - any of the apps such as Map My Run (pro version) have running plans and so do many others. But MMR (freebie) also has km and or time prompts, which may work for what you want.

But I really think your best bet is to consolidate at 5k for a few weeks, as everyone on here will tell you, and you can do that just by replaying W9s sessions a few times.

But one of the best 10k plans is Ju-jus - have a little peek over to the Bridge to 10K, when you're ready. In the meantime, enjoy the view from the C25K podium!

Thanks for your great reply and I do intend to stick at 5k for a few more weeks, just looking ahead 😀

awesome work! got a parkrun near by? any future goals that will keep you going? maybe enter some local races? and make it a lifestyle :) I started running march 2017 at 17 stone 5 and never ever thought it would become part of my life in any way. it keeps me going and im a happier person currently weigh 15.7. my partner started just after new year and has lost half a stone and now has the running bug. she starts the dreaded!! wk5 d3 tomorrow.
