Managed to finish run 2 of week 7 just, keep getting pain in right calve, which is annoying, not sure whether is just tight x thought this running would get a bit easier lol x

Maybe a little strain if it’s consistent? I would take a few extra rest days and soak it in Epsom salt. Good luck!

Oh it is getting easier, at what you've already done! Your pushing yourself further at the minute, so each recovery feels as bad as the one before! I'm gonna stretch off soon, I forgot to after yesterday's run, and boy does my right hamstring know it! Epson's salts soak, and a tight tubigrip over the effected calf should help. I look like a mummy some days with how strapped up I am!

Take care. Have you had a gait analysis? Are your runners supporting you properly? I had a recurring ache before getting my new runners. All gone now. 👟👟
