Thank you all for your support this week when I had lost all motivation and struggled getting out the door and even more with completing the runs. Today as I set off I thought I don't know how the hell im going to do this and then all that filled my head was, do it slow., and as I was advised, when you think your going slow go slower.
These words got me through today's run and I managed it feeling ok. I feel great π Feel like I did when I first started and think my motivation is creeping back.
