Thank you all for your support this week when I had lost all motivation and struggled getting out the door and even more with completing the runs. Today as I set off I thought I don't know how the hell im going to do this and then all that filled my head was, do it slow., and as I was advised, when you think your going slow go slower.

These words got me through today's run and I managed it feeling ok. I feel great 😀 Feel like I did when I first started and think my motivation is creeping back.

Thank you all so very much. 👍👍

Well done.. you got it! Slow as you like just as long as you do not stop.. it is fine :)

You did it! Just take it steady, take your rest day and feel pleased with yourself... :)

Thing is, when you travel slowly.. you see so many things! :)

Onward and upward x

Sometimes slowing even more just makes it possible to do the run time. Later on when you can do the run times, going more slowly makes it more enjoyable. Running is running, no matter what the speed. The programme pushes us so hard moving from week to week, we need to find a way to succeed!!

Well done. I'm right behind you. Run 3 next... only 9 more runs til graduation if I keep going! That's what I'm telling myself. You're nearly there too! Smell that graduation!

Oh yeah, I didn't think of it like that. Wow not long left now.

I did notice so much more today and really enjoyed it. Yes I agree at least I'm running and that will get faster when I'm fitter and built up strength.

Very pleased with myself, thanks all for all your lovely words xx
