After doing run 1 and 2 this week i never in a million years thought i would be able to do run 3 in week 6, so many hills if you go down one i know i have to go back up another. But actually i found running the full 25 minutes easier than the running than walking etc. I was able to pace myself but boy after the run i thought i must have left my legs somewhere because they did not feel they belonged to me. I am so pleased with myself week 7 here i come.

Hurray! Congratulations :) I did that run last night too and I know what you mean - that running non stop is easier than running / walking (ha ha never thought I'd say that 6 weeks ago). It's a great milestone - well done and let me know how your start if week 7 goes!!

Well done. Doesn't it feel good to be told that now you are a runner. Good luck for week 7 let me know how it goes.

If you're running hills then you are doing extremely well. Hills will make you a better runner but take care. I attempted a slope that was too steep, at the end of a run when I was tired, and I was out of action for four weeks! Vary your runs each time so your body is not doing the same things all the time. New runs mean new movement so you get a better work out. Plus a change of scenery is really invigorating

Happy running, and good luck with your coming runs on week 7

Thanks for that. i am going to try and find a different route this week even if i have to drive somewhere first and then go for my run.
