Muddy old morning!

Muddy run this morning as I didn't factor in the overnight rain. Made the uphill sections particularly interesting. Still a great start to the holidays!

Unless the weather improves I might have to invest in some trail shoes (ahhh - Don't tell have only just bought new runners!)

Can't wait for Cornish coastal running next week!

Stupid question time. What is the difference? And does it make that much difference?

It certainly does for me...horses for courses..my trail shoes give stability and grip on the muddy and rougher surfaces..other folk find their road shoes just fine.

Thanks. Still on my first pair of running shoes! I run mainly on paths but occasionally venture off onto unmade up routes! You kind of get visions of JCB style tread on Trail shoes! But was wondering for when I renew.

I have two pairs of each...one set for home and the other set for the coast..the tread isn't like that at all :) My little legs could not carry the weight:)
